Every MR COOL technician is factory trained, as well as EPA certified. Their ongoing education includes customer communication, service, and NATE (North American Technician Excellence-www.natex.org) training in our state of the art training facility. A MR COOL technician is also knowledgeable in the newest technologies, because your future needs are just as important as your current ones.

Any call we respond to will be completed in the most efficient manner possible. Always clean and stocked, our service trucks are equipped to handle any need that may arise, with all the parts and tools necessary to complete each call. From our fully stocked, state of the art parts center, we can support any need our field technicians may have. If the technician doesn’t have the part needed, we deliver it, free of charge.

All repairs made come with a full one year parts warranty, and ninety day labor warranty.

Super Saver Service

It has been proven that a regularly maintained comfort system will operate more efficiently and give you more reliable comfort. Just like your car, when your comfort system appears to be operating normally, it becomes easy to overlook regular maintenance. If not regularly maintained, your system can become less efficient, or even worse, the possibility of costly breakdowns is greatly increased. One way to avoid these problems is to perform regular maintenance. The best way to do that is to call MR COOL and ask about our Super Saver program.

As part of our Super Saver program you receive many benefits. Any maintenance needed for your comfort system will be performed regularly. There is no need to remember to call for maintenance, we will remind you. Twice a year, a MR COOL certified and trained technician will come to your home to perform the factory specified maintenance on your comfort system. This maintenance always includes a detailed 15-point checklist in the spring and another 15-point checklist in the fall.

Also, if a breakdown should occur, a Super Saver customer receives priority service before non-saver customers. This means, that if its 100 degrees outside in August, a Super Saver will get repair service first. In the unlikely event that repairs are needed, Super Saver customers receive an additional 15% discount on repairs.
